WHISTLER RADAR DETECTOR
The Whistler Radar Detectors
give Total Band Protection. These detectors are effective for the signals of
the most widely used radar and laser detectors and offer a 360 degree total perimeter
protection which gives a full ‘radar detector view’ all around the vehicle
being driven.
The Whistler Laser Radar
Detector alerts the driver to slow down when a radar within range is on.The two
types, the Whistler Pro 58 and Whistler Pro 78 have a safety warning system comprising
a 360° range. This means that they can pick up radar signals from the front,
rear, and sides, for the entire 360°, effectively all around the vehicle all and in both,
highway and city modes.
The Whistler Laser Radar
Detector does not allow interference of signals from burglar alarms and garage
door openers that are within range. There
is the option of a quiet mode in which the detector prioritizes incoming alerts
when multiple alerts are received. This feature minimizes the occurence of
false alerts.
This detector also includes a
VG2 cloaking technology and a 7 segment alpha-numeric icon display.
The Whistler XTR 690 and Whistler Pro
78 types of Whistler detectors detect signals from the X, K and Ka
super-wideband radars and the new POP radars too.
